Shipping policy

Made-to-Order: Each product is uniquely crafted upon your order. Following payment and order confirmation, we generally require 6-8 business days to produce and prepare your item for shipping.

Origin: All items are shipped from Ukraine. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or Ukrainian public holidays.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is ready and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We mainly use EMS for our deliveries, although alternative courier services may be used when necessary.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times: The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and varies depending on the delivery address. Delivery times are subject to change based on your location.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes charged by their country's customs office. Please be aware that additional documentation may be required for certain orders, which can delay delivery.
