Each item is crafted to order. Upon payment and confirmation, production typically spans 5-7 business days before dispatching to our courier service.

All shipments originate from Ukraine and are not processed during weekends or local holidays.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. We primarily utilize DHL courier service for deliveries, though alternative services may be utilized as needed. Shipping costs are determined during checkout, and delivery times vary based on your shipping address.

Please be aware that depending on local Customs Office regulations in your destination country, import duties and taxes may be levied upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Additional documentation may be necessary for certain orders, potentially affecting delivery times.
